ELSA (Electroluminescent Safety Apparatus)2023 |
The objective of ELSA is to create an electroluminescent road sign that is triggered by an oncoming vehicle to alert them of a hazardous road condition like 'ICE' with a message like 'Slow Down'. The sound of an approaching vehicle turns ELSA on and depending upon temperature and humidity displays the alert and caution. |

Therawalk will incorporate thermotherapy and vibrational components into the handle of a cane to help alleviate the pain caused by arthritis. This will benefit patientswho need the aid of a cane, but find the use of one difficult due to the pain in their hands. |
