Here are 7 simple stretches designed for people who work in offices where space is limited. Here's why they're called the 'Take 5 Exercises'.

1. Take Time - Take the time to do the exercises and stretches. Most take less than a minute.

2. Take Care - Take care in how you perform the exercises and stretches. Avoid any strain!

3. Take Notice - Take notice of how you feel during and after the stretches. Feel the stretch without the pain.

4. Take Out - Take out these stretches. Take them when you travel on the plane or car. The Office Exercises and Stretches can be done sitting down! Bring them with you. It's really very simple.

5. Take Back - Take back your health. Don't let TV and computers run and ruin your health.

Try one or all of them. You'll feel less stiff, more relaxed, and have more flexibility, vitality, and blood flow in your shoulders, feet, hands, and arms.
